Billing and membership
Is it monthly or yearly?
It's one membership, paid the way that suits you: $19 a month, or $128 once a year (saving $100). Both include the whole library and every monthly drop.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in a click. Cancel and you won't be charged next cycle. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and anything you've already downloaded or opened in Canva stays yours.
Do you offer refunds?
The most you ever risk is a single month. Cancel before your next renewal and that's that, with anything you've already exported yours to keep. Because files download instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. The full details are in our cancellations and refunds policy.
How do I get access after joining?
Instantly. The moment you join, the library unlocks in your studio, with no waitlist or onboarding call.
Is there a download limit?
None. Download as much as you like, as often as you like, for as long as you're a member.
Can I use everything for client work?
Yes. Every plan includes a commercial licence, so you can use what you download for your own brand and for paying clients, with no extra fees.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. You can use and customise everything freely, but the templates, videos and photos can't be resold, redistributed or passed on as your own product.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. Every template opens and edits in free Canva. If you already have Pro, that's fine too, but it's never required.
