1.About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and INSEASON Studio, run by [to confirm: business or company name] (ABN [to confirm: ABN])(“INSEASON”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you visit inseason.studio, create an account, join, or buy anything from us.

They work together with our licence, our cancellations & refunds policy and our privacy policy. By joining or buying, you agree to all four.

2.What INSEASON Studio is

INSEASON Studio is an online library of digital content for creators and small businesses: editable Canva templates, B-roll clips, stock photos, sticker packs and planners. New content is added in monthly drops. We may add, update or retire content and features over time; if we retire something, anything you've already downloaded stays covered by your licence.

3.Your account

• You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account or buy from us.
• Give us accurate details and keep your email address up to date, because that's where receipts and account emails go.
• Keep your password private. Your account is for you and your business; please don't share your login.
• Tell us straight away at hello@inseason.studio if you think someone else has used your account.

4.Plans, prices and payment

• Membership (monthly, or yearly in one payment) gives you the whole library and every new drop while you're a member. It renews automatically until you cancel.

Prices are shown on our pricing page in Australian dollars (AUD). Your bank may convert this to your own currency and charge a conversion fee. Any taxes that apply where you live will be shown at checkout.

Payments are handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe. By joining a membership, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. If a payment fails, we'll let you know and try again; if it still can't be taken, your access may be paused until it's sorted.

If we ever change the price of your membership, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then if you'd rather not continue. Price changes never apply to a period you've already paid for.

5.Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Because our content is digital and available to download straight away, we don't offer refunds for change of mind or unused time. 6.Using the content

Every plan includes a commercial licence to use the content for your own brand and for your clients. You can't resell, share or give away the files themselves. The full rules are in our licence, which forms part of these terms.

7.Fair use of the studio

To keep the studio working well for everyone, please don't:

• use bots, scripts or scrapers to bulk-download the library;
• try to get around access controls, or get into parts of the site you're not meant to;
• interfere with the site or its security, or upload anything harmful;
• use the studio for anything unlawful.

“Unlimited downloads” means as many as you genuinely need for your work, not copying the whole library.

8.Our content and brand

The content, the INSEASON name and logo, and the design of the site belong to us or the creators we work with, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from what the licence allows, please don't copy or reuse them without asking.

9.Creator and ambassador programs

If you join our creator program or ambassador program, separate terms for that program will be sent to you when you're accepted. They apply alongside these terms.

10.Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or the licence, for example by reselling or sharing the files. Where it's reasonable, we'll contact you first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account without good reason, we'll refund the unused part of any period you've paid for.

11.Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep the studio running smoothly and the content high quality, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free, or that any particular post will perform well. We're not responsible for how you choose to use the content, or for third-party services such as Canva or Instagram.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the studio grows. We'll change the date at the top and, for changes that matter to members, email you at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using the studio after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel.

13.The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of [to confirm: state], Australia. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live. If we ever disagree about something, please email us first; most things can be sorted out with a conversation.
